PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-winding flexible coupling suitable for a flexible coupling of surgical instruments used for an operation making use of endoscopes of the abdominal cavity such as a forceps and scissors in a medical treatment field. SOLUTION: The multi-winding flexible coupling is constituted by winding a beltlike bodies 12 and 13, in which winding method is alternately turned reverse in a multiple layer, in a surface of wire-like core material 11 having flexibility.
