PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for steel core of column in an inverted construction system planned for labor saving and reducing the number of parts in the execution of works in the inverted construction method using bladed steel pipe pile by rotary intrusion. SOLUTION: A steel pipe pile by rotating instruction 2 fixed with almost one turn blade 4 of the same shape to its spiral tip is pushed into the ground, and a plier 6 turning and pushing the steel pipe pile 2 is used for stopping the drive of the pile 2. The plier 6 has a large diameter portion 10 having the diameter larger than that of the steel pipe pile at the upper portion via taper pipe 9 having an auxiliary blade 11, a cylindrical connecting portion 8 having the diameter almost the same as that of the head portion 3a of the steel pipe pile 2 in the lower portion. This cylindrical connecting portion 8 is connected to the head portion 3a of the steel pipe pile 2 in a freely detachable manner and in a manner transmitting the rotary torque. After driving the steel pipe pile 2, the plier 6 is kept as it is and utilized as a casing when erecting the steel core of column.
