PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CAD/CAM system having an offset deforming function performing an automatic design of an escape hole, in which a diameter of a tool is considered in advance, so as not to have any non-grinding portions at each corner of the escape hole when the escape hole of the press die is processed by using the offset deforming function of the CAD/CAM system.;SOLUTION: The CAD/CAM system for designing the press dies is provided with an automatic escape hole designing process in which an escape hole 1 is automatically designed in consideration of a diameter of a tool processing the escape hole 1 so as not to have any non-grinding portions therein in processing the escape hole 1 of the press die.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
