PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method producing chou-skin like confectionery easier than that of a conventional one, and capable of vividly coloring, not attained by the conventional one, and to obtain an eatable package using the confectionery.;SOLUTION: This chou-skin like confectionery is obtained by baking dough comprising 100 pts.wt. of wheat flour and/or starch, 100-300 pts.wt. of egg, 20-200 pts.wt. of oils and fats, and 0-150 pts.wt. of water, and containing or not containing a coloring matter without heating when preparing the dough. an edible vessel is obtained by using the confectionery.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
