"ELASTOMERIC STRUCTURE, METHOD OF PERFORMANCE OF AN ELASTOMERIC STRUCTURE, METHOD OF CONTROL OF FLUID OR GAS THROUGH AN ELASTOMERIC STRUCTURE, METHOD OF MICRO-MANUFACTURING OF AN ELASTOMERIC STRUCTURE, MEMORY USE, FAST USE ELASTOMERIC MATERIAL AND MICRO-MANUFACTURED ELASTOMERIC STRUCTURE ". A method of fabricating an elastomeric structure, comprising: forming a first elastomeric layer over the top of a first micro-machined mold, the first micro-machined mold having a first raised protrusion that forms a first recess that extends along a bottom surface of the first elastomeric layer; forming a second elastomeric layer over the upper part of a second micro-machined mold, the second micro-machined mold having a second raised protrusion which forms a second recess which extends along a bottom surface of the second elastomeric layer; joining the bottom surface of the second elastomeric layer over an upper surface of the first elastomeric layer such that a control channel is formed in the second recess between the first and the second elastomeric layer; and positioning the first elastomeric layer over the top of a flat substrate so that a flow channel is formed in the first recess between the first elastomeric layer and the flat substrate.
