This is a nutritional supplement (fortified coconut). It is a food, including (I) natural cocoa and (II) dehydrated hemoglobin, used to control and prevent anaemia and other malnutrition. Ingredient (I) contains fiber and fat with the following characteristics: (a) flavor: defined as the typical flavor of coconut, (b) maximum humidity of 5%,(c) 10% to 12% fat; (d) 5% to 6% pH; (E) 97% to 99% accuracy, measured by 200% screening; (f) 5% to 6% ash; (g) 2% cascade; and (II) composition contains a large number of animal protein (cattle) composition, including basic and non basic amino acids; The components (II) have the following characteristics: (1) 90-94% of protein; (2) 2-6% of humidity; (3) 0.1-0.5% of extract; (4) 2-5% of ash; (5) 2.5-2.9 mg / g of sea pig iron; and (6) pH value from 6.7-7.2
