Sensor device based thin films of phthalocyanines deposited on microelectrodes. Network electronic sensors based on the use of films: you thin controlled thickness, of certain organic semiconductor (phthalocyanines and derivatives), whose resistivity varies when exposed to the vapors from the decomposition of fish or seafood. The signals obtained are directly proportional to the amount of volatile amines emitted by the fish, so the sensor network can assess their condition.
