Novel genes encoding g and m1 proteins of a korean isolate ihnv-scs and a vaccine therefrom against infectious hematopoietic necrosis virus in salmonid fish

The present invention relates to novel G and M1 proteins isolated from Korean IHNV-SCS which is one of the infectious hematopoietic necrosis virus (IHNV); novel genes encoding said proteins; vaccines using said genes and/or proteins; and a method for mass-producing said proteins. The G and M1 proteins and/or genes encoding said proteins of the present invention can be used effectively as vaccines against IHNV.
