A nonradioactive RNA analysis method achieving an improved detection sensitivity whereby the expression of a plural number of genes can be analyzed simultaneously. Namely, a nonradioactive RNA analysis method characterized in that, in the RPA method, an unlabeled antisense RNA probe is hybridized with a target RNA and, after electrophoresing, hybridized with a nonradioactive labeled RNA probe.
