A plastic sheet having a thermoplasticity and a melt pattern provided on the surface thereof, wherein the melt pattern is formed by alternately and repeatedly providing, in an extending direction, the rows of holding patterns (1) for holding the extended state formed in rows at specified intervals in the direction orthogonal to the extending direction and having the longitudinal dimensions substantially in the extending direction in the extended state of the plastic sheet and the rows of cut patterns (2) for cutting the diffusion of deformation by the holding pattern (1) in the direction of the extension formed in rows at specified intervals in the direction orthogonal to an extending direction and between the patterns in the rows of the holding patterns (1) and having the longitudinal dimensions substantially in the direction orthogonal to the extending direction, and irregular wrinkles corresponding to the arrangement of the melt pattern are formed in the surface of the plastic sheet.
