The partial wrapping of the first layer has on its top side, starting from the center of which an opening, which is completely bounded by the non-woven fabric of low density. At the bottom of the first layer to both sides of the central axis in the x - direction, there remains a non-enveloped area which from the low density nonwoven fabric is limited. The first layer is fixedly connected at its upper side at least at the location of the opening with the liquid-permeable covering layer. The first layer is fixedly connected to the underside thereof at least at the location of the uncoated region of the second layer.
