The tool assembly, to cut on a circular arc, has a holder (1) to take the upper manual cutter. It is linked to a rod (2) with a measure, to slide in a guide frame (5) and be locked in place. The guide frame has a center point holder (9), with a pin (11) to define the center point of the arc. The guide frame has an adjustable height setting at the center point holder, with a lock to fix it at the required level.
