PURPOSE: An infinite power device is provided to use in universe or in a sea-bottom by operating artificially, to solve a pollution problem by making all heating and cooling devices and an electric vehicle, and to solve food, clothing and housing with small costs. CONSTITUTION: A bearing is rolled inside a circular rail(3). A double lever(19) pushes a lever(25) around a shaft(1). The lever(25) pushes a lever(26). A lever(22) is pushed around the shaft(1). The rest force to reduce the pushing force of a spring(5) is transmitted to a lever(9). The lever(9) transmits force to a bearing(12) around a shaft of a lever(10). The spring(5) pushes the lever(15) and a bearing(14) around a shaft of the bearing(14). The whole upper plate(2) is rotated by rolling the bearing(14) inward the rail(3).
