PURPOSE: An operation system of a website for a realtime information transaction of a real estate information multimedia content is provided to systematically classify a real estate-related comprehensive multimedia information and instantly implement a flow of an information such a DB formation and distribution. CONSTITUTION: A customer is connected with a website of a head office(S1). It is judged as to whether the connected customer is a registered member of the head office based on a member rule provided for supporting a certain information(S2,S3,S4). The operation for inputting an information receiving method(S6) is selectively provided in various forms such a mobile or voice message form. The real estate information which is not searched by the inputting method is searched based on a search(S7) system. The customer may communicate with a call center or use the UMS system(S10). The customer may use a WAP system(S11).
