PURPOSE: A method for making a solid electrolytic condenser using a functional polymer tantalum electrolytic compound is provided to achieve a superior electric characteristic in a high frequency range by using an oxide tantalum element instead of MnO2. CONSTITUTION: A tantalum line is inserted into a tantalum powder, is press-molded, is sintered at a vacuum state of 1,800 C and 10¬-6 torr, is anodic-oxidated electrically and chemically, forms an oxide tantalum dielectric layer, and thus makes a tantalum capacitor element. A first solvent and a second solvent are mixed with 1:1 mole ratio, a detergent of 0.2-0.6wt% is added in the mixed solvent. Emeraldine base powder and a dopant are mixed with a mole ratio of 1:2 -3. The mixed powder is crushed by a rod mill and a ball mill, and thus the detergent are added in the mixed solvent, thereby making a conductive polyaniline solid electrolytic solution. The tantalum capacitor dips in the conductive polyaniline solid electrolytic solution with a speed of 0.5-10mm/sec, and is dried in an oven during 5-30 minutes at a temperature of 80C-150C. A carbon electrode layer(17) is deposited on the dried conductive polymer solid electrolytic layer(16) by a dipping method, and is dried. Ag electrode layer(18) is deposited on the carbon electrode layer(17), and is dried. The resultant material is molded, sealed and hardened.
