HIGH-FREQUENCE CIRCUIT ACTIVE DEVICE ABLE TO TUNING WAVEGUIDE

PURPOSE: A high frequency circuit active device enabling waveguide tuning is provided to improve gain flatness and reflection coefficient performance without opening a sealed cover by attaching a metal or insulator fraction to interior of a waveguide used as I/O mode converters to change the characteristics of the I/O mode converters, thereby reducing the cost and time consumption. CONSTITUTION: One end of a waveguide(11,31) used as I/O mode converters is closed. An RF pin(12,32) for changing the characteristics of the I/O mode converters is mounted within the waveguide(11,31). A metal or insulator fraction(13,33) serving as an electrical equivalent inductor or capacitor for changing the characteristics of the I/O mode converters is attached around the RF pin(12,32).
