PURPOSE: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition, which is excellent in fire retardancy and transparency and maintains mechanical properties such as impact-resistance, chemical-resistance, processability, and surface gloss property. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition contains: 100pts.wt. of a transparent ABS resin; 5-30pts.wt. of a triazine compound represented by the formula 1 or an indane compound represented by the formula 2, as a fire retardant agent; less than 15pts.wt. of antimony pentaoxide, as a fire retardant auxiliary, having an average particle size of 5-30nm. In the formula, m and n are each integer of more than 0 and m+n is 7-8.
