Method for manufacturing health food made from carotene of INJIN mugwort

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a healthy food made from carotene included in active ingredients of Artemisia Capillaris Thunb, thereby enhancing skeletal growth and reproduction function, preventing adult diseases, maximizing absorption of high lipid and high protein. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: selecting and washing dried Artemisia Capillaris Thunb; putting it into a heater with 25kg of water to 1kg of Artemisia Capillaris Thunb; heating them at 100-120 deg.C for 10 hours followed by filtering; concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure at 50-70 deg.C to evaporate; and concentrating it into solid containing carotene.
