PURPOSE: A device and a method for a reverse-transferring prescription using a peer-to-peer manner between a hospital and a pharmacy are provided to make the pharmacy receive a prescription from the hospital connecting through the Internet, not to load the burden to a hospital server by not operating a separate relay server on the web, and to enhance the service with a minimum system change. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the hospital including a reception PC(1) connecting to a card reader(2) and a keypad(5), a medical examination PC connecting to the reception PC, the hospital server(3) and a prescription server(4) connecting to the reception and medical examination PC, a security device(8) and a kiosk(7) connecting to the prescription server, the pharmacy including a reception PC(22) connecting to a card reader(23) and a keypad(24), a preparation PC(25) connecting to the reception PC, a pharmacy server(26) and a prescription server(27) connecting to the reception and preparation PC, a security device(28), the Internet(30), and a web server(40) including a patient DB(41), a hospital DB(42), a pharmacy DB, a point and mileage DB(44), an affiliating store DB(45) and a member DB(46).
