PURPOSE: A system for managing electronic prescription control, a hospital terminal device thereof, and a method thereof are provided to display a prescription on a screen of pharmacy terminal device by authorizing the prescription with a digital signature and a second authorization code. CONSTITUTION: A terminal interface(210) receives a digital signature as prescription code information, wherein the digital signature is generated from a hospital terminal device(110) in association with a prescription. The terminal interface receives a second authorization code from a pharmacy terminal device(130) which acquires the prescription through a mobile terminal(120). A controller(220) generates a third authorization code by decoding the digital signature. The controller compares a generated third authorization code with a received second authorization code.
