PURPOSE: A process of preparing a honey beverage by crushing a radish, mixing honey and then adding sugar is provided. Whereby, the beverage has an effect on reducing hangover and enhancing digestion. CONSTITUTION: A radish is mixed with spring water in an amount of 2 to 5% by weight, based on the weight of spring water, crushed and heated at 100deg.C or more. Thereafter, the radish juice is added with 2 to 5% by weight of a honey and 2 to 8% by weight of sugar, sterilized and cooled.
