A filter mounting structure for over the range

PURPOSE: Structure for installing a filter on a microwave oven is provided to easily install and remove a filter by using the magnetic force of a magnet. CONSTITUTION: A filter(30) is installed in a suction port(22) of a base plate(20) forming the lower face of a microwave oven. A placing sill(24) is formed on the edge of the suction port. A magnet(40) is fixed on the placing sill. A handle recess(28) is formed on the base plate. If the filter is placed in the suction port of the base plate, the magnet is placed in a placing recess(26). Therefore, the filter is attached by the magnetic force of the magnet. By using the handle recess, the filter is easily removed from the suction port.
