PURPOSE: A lifetime education method through a self-development program using an Internet network is provided to make a user continuously obtain the information for the interesting fields of the user for a lifetime and to enable the user to select more diverse information service. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of receiving an information search command of the user through the network(404), transmitting the information suitable to the user's command to a user terminal(408), and receiving an examination and qualification certificate of the user, and transmitting the information selected by the user. The user instantly requests the registration of the selected information and decides the registration after storing the information in the user's account(412,414). The lifetime education method is carried out by a database storing the information relating to a company providing the information and the education and the user information, and a management system managing the information of the provider and the user according to the request signal transmitted from the provider and the user through the network.
