PURPOSE: A shift lock device having a door opening sensing function is provided to protect a passenger by preventing a door from being opened while traveling a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A shift lock device for sensing opening of a door comprises a brake switch(30) connected to a first relay(40) to communicate electric current of a battery(50) according to a control of a brake pedal; a shift lock actuator(13) releasing a shift lock while turning on the first relay; a door switch(60) mounted on a door; and a second relay(70) parallelly engaged with the shift lock actuator. The second relay communicates the electric current while turning on the door switch by being connected to the battery. Moreover, the second relay is opened while flowing excited electric current while being connected to the shift lock actuator. The shift lock is release while turning on the brake switch and turning off the door switch. Thereby, the shift lock device for sensing opening of the door protects a passenger by preventing the door from being opened while traveling a vehicle.
