Process for continuous cultivation in vitro of embryo liver cells by using pine extract and epidermal growth factor

PURPOSE: An in vivo continuous cultivation method of embryonic stem cells using a pine leaf extract(PE) and epidermal growth factor(EGF) is provided, therefore the cell number of embryonic stem cells can be rapidly increased, their differentiation can be inhibited, and their survival can be increased. CONSTITUTION: The in vivo continuous cultivation method of human or animal embryonic stem cells is characterized by adding 1 to 10 microgram/liter of the pine leaf extract(PE) and 10 to 200 microgram/liter of epidermal growth factor(EGF) as leukemia inhibitory factors into a growth medium, wherein the pine leaf extract(PE) is prepared by: washing the pine leaves with water; extracting them with a mixed solvent of water and ethanol in the ratio of 1:1 at 90 deg. C for 4 hours; filtering the extract; and concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure.
