PURPOSE: A method for controlling cell paths in a cross duplicated link is provided to prevent time delay by controlling the cell paths of a link operated in cross duplication and transmitting an exact message through a cross duplicated H-link when an AMC part transmits PHY information. CONSTITUTION: A FIFO control part judges whether a message is received from an AMC(ATM port Management Control) part(ST11,ST12).
