PURPOSE: A device for automatically counting and packing paper is provided to make the process of counting and packing paper automated and to sharply increase the output. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically counting and packing paper comprises a counting and transferring device(1), a packing device(2) moving the counted paper forward by a pulling rod(20') of a pulling cylinder(20), inserting in the packing paper, and discharging to the discharge board(21') of a discharge cylinder(21), a thermal adhesive device transferring an adhesive mechanism connected with an adhesive cylinder(40) and having a finishing roller, and a device for sealing packing paper(3). In the counting and packing paper, paper storage cases(10) is moved to a screw shaft connected to a motor, an adsorbing inlet is installed to the lower side of an adsorbing cylinder, and paper(8) is countered by a conveying belt(17). In the device for sealing packing paper, an adhesive supply device supplies adhesive to the packing paper, a drier dries the supplied adhesive, and the open portion of the packing paper is sealed to a guiding board(33) and a guide bar(34). Therefore, the counting and packing of paper is automatically performed.
