PURPOSE: A process of preparing ginseng Kimchi by using ginseng, chestnut, jujube, walnut, pine nuts or the like except cabbage, radish, green onion, garlic, ginger or the like is provided. Whereby, the Kimchi has an effect on promoting blood circulation and preventing various diseases. CONSTITUTION: About 1,000g cabbage, 300g radish, 300g leaf mustard and 100g carrot are washed, mixed with 500g chestnut, 100g walnut, 100g pine nuts, 100g jujube, 300g liquid type salt-fermented anchovy, 100g red pepper powder, 50g sesame, 30g cinnamon bark powder, 20g ginseng and a suitable amount of spices and then aged.
