PURPOSE: A cyclone dust collecting device is provided to enhance a static electricity removing property generating at the dust collecting vessel by providing a static electricity removing apparatus of a dust collecting vessel and an electric charging prevention property at the vessel. CONSTITUTION: A cyclone dust collecting device comprises a motor(2) for generating a suction force to collect air and waste into an inside of the cyclone body, and a dust collecting vessel(30) for collecting the waste at the cyclone body. The dust collecting vessel has an electrically conductive property capable of moving a static electricity and is transparent to identify a volume of the waste. A grounding member(50) is installed between the dust collecting vessel and the motor installed at an inside of the body, so that the static electricity is moved from the dust collecting vessel to the motor side. One end of the grounding member is connected at the vessel, and the other end thereof is installed to separate a certain distance from a metal surface of the motor. If a certain range of the static electricity is charged at the vessel, the static electricity is removed by discharging between the grounding member and the motor.
