Silica-filled NR Rubber compounds Containing Chloroprene Rubber for Tire

PURPOSE: Provided is a natural rubber composition for tire which can improve dispersion of silica, substantially reduce an amount of vulcanizing agent adsorbed on the surface of silica, and improve various physical properties and processability of vulcanized material. CONSTITUTION: The natural rubber composition for tire reinforced with silica, comprises 20 phr or less of chloroprene rubber in order to improve the dispersion of silica, as a rubber material. Particularly, the composition comprises 10-90 phr of silica. Particularly, the composition comprises 100 phr of rubber material consisting of 95 phr of natural rubber(SMR 20) and 5.0 phr of chloroprene rubber(Neoprene-W), 60.0 phr of silica(based on the rubber material), 3.0 phr of TESPT, 2.0 phr of stearic acid, 4.0 phr of zinc oxide, 2.0 phr of HPPD(anti-aging agent), 2.0 phr of wax, 1.4 phr of TBBS(N-tert-butyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide) as a vulcanizing agent, and 1.2 phr of sulfur.
