The present invention relates to a microemulsion external preparation of a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic drug, and more particularly, it is formulated in a microemulsion form using a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic drug which is an effective drug and a fatty acid as an oil phase, thereby making it more permeable than conventional. The present invention relates to a microemulsion external preparation of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs having improved drug efficacy.
