The present invention more specifically is a Ginkgo biloba Chromatography i.e. LLC extraction method (Liquid-Liquid Chromatography extract method) to extract the active ingredient in a short period of time compared to methods conventional extraction effectively as increasing the solubility of the specific gravity difference and a sample of the solvent by method as well as environment-friendly extraction to reduce the use amount of the organic solvent and will be of the extraction device.; The method, eliminate the residual solvent in a manner that not only Ginkgo biloba extract effectively the active ingredients of the herbal extract of any LLC by extraction and a step of powdered by freeze drying or hot air drying.; The ginkgo powder produced by this method was excellent in the extraction of the active ingredient as compared to 24% of the existing GFG (Ginkgo Flavonol Glycosides) content of 30% or more.
