PURPOSE: A process for preparing soju spirit using green tea leaves is provided, thereby preparing the premium soju spirit having a soft taste and aroma. CONSTITUTION: A process for preparing soju spirit using green tea leaves comprises the steps of: adding ionic water into distilled and high-concentrated spirit; adding green tea leaves or waste green tea leaves into the diluted spirit at room temperature; filtering diluted spirit using a filter; passing the filtered spirit through the ion resin column; adding an adsorbent into the column passed spirit at room temperature; first filtering the adsorbent treated spirit; and separating the spirit from the adsorbent and second filtering it, wherein the amount of green tea leaves or waste green tea leaves added is 0.01 to 10 wt.%.
