摘要

FIELD: sugar production. SUBSTANCE: crude sugar is loaded into collector-accumulator and therefrom into clarification mixer to prepare sugar-containing solution by mixing sugar with lime milk preheated to 60-95 C. Process is carried out until content of solids in sugar-containing solution 55- 75 wt % and CaO concentration 0.25-0.4% are attained. Resulting product is transferred into transportation vessel to transport it to consummation site. EFFECT: stabilized quality of product during its long-time transportation and prevented risk of theft because of inappropriateness of alkaline sugar solution as food.
