AXIAL-FLOW FAN IMPELLER

摘要

FIELD: manufacture of fans; low- noise fans for space engineering. SUBSTANCE: fan impeller has hub with cylindrical groove on which profiled blades are mounted; blades are provided with tail-pieces received by said grooves. Flat end surfaces of tail-pieces which are perpendicular to axis of rotation of impeller addition end surfaces of groove. Side surfaces of each tail-piece are made in form of extensions of side surfaces of respective blade along its axis; base of each blade, but for tail-piece projecting from it, is engageable with outer surface of cylinder hub at diameter equal to outer diameter of hub; each blade is secured stationary on hub, on cylindrical surface of blade base and on end surfaces of tail-piece. Fitted immovably in groove between adjacent blades are inserts made in form of fragments of rings at width equal to width of groove and at outer diameter equal to outer diameter of hub. Side surfaces of inserts, but for surfaces adjoining end surfaces of grooves adjoin side surfaces of tail-pieces. EFFECT: enhanced adaptability to manufacture; reduced mass. 2 dwg
