DIE SET FOR FINISH BLANKING

FIELD: plastic metal working, possibly precise blanking of parts. SUBSTANCE: die set includes punch mounted on slide of press; ram with lower die mounted in cylinder and embracing ram with counter-punch; holder. Die set is provided with supporting ram mounted in cylinder and rigidly joined with plate of press. Diameter of supporting ram is less than diameter of ram of lower die and it is more than diameter of ram of counter-punch. Cylinder cavity is filled with elastic medium. EFFECT: reduced effort necessary for blanking process. 1 dwg
