Process for the identification of specifically cleavable peptides and use of such peptide sequences

The invention relates to methods for detecting and identifying peptides that can be specifically cleaved, using a defined amino acid sequence based on a library of nucleic acid peptide fusion molecules. According to said methods, the variable part of the peptides is coded by the respective nucleic acid fused thereto, using proteolytically active solutions. The invention also relates to the use of said peptides for the targeted release of chemical active ingredients and for diagnosis.
