The implement has a housing (10,11) with holder clip (16) for fastening it in a pocket. The clip is hinged to the housing or a part (13,15) connected to it, and/or is flexible. The free end (17) of the clip carries e.g. a permanent magnet (19) and a section (14) of the housing acting with it consists of ferromagnetic material. The magnet is contained in a body of plastic or a similar material on the free holder end. The body consists of two injection-molded parts (20,21).
