Self-foaming product comprises (wt.%): (1) an emulsifier system of: (A) emulsifier of 10-40C fatty acids; (B) emulsifier of polyethoxylated 10-40C fatty acid esters of ethoxylation degree 5-100; and (C) coemulsifier of 10-40C fatty alcohols; (2) lipid phase (0-30); (3) air, oxygen, nitrogen, helium, argon, nitric oxide and carbon dioxide (1-90 vol.%); (4) an organic hydrocolloid; and (5) solid body (0.01-10).
