摘要

Solid Lipid Nanoparticles (SLN~(TM)) have been used as a carrier system for cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. They are composed of a solid lipid matrix, stabilized in aqueous dispersions by surfactants or polymers and are produced by high pressure homogenisation. The solid state of the particle matrix protects incorporated active ingredients against chemical degradation and allows to modify the release profile. Due to the small size they posses the general adhesiveness of small particles leading to a film formation on the skin. Therefore they are suitable carriers to incorporate chemically labile active ingredients for cosmetic products. Film formation on the skin can promote the penetration and efficiency of the active ingredient by increased skin hydration. This paper describes the preparation of RMAD 95 loaded SLN, the incorporation in an o/w-cream, physical and chemical stability including penetration into the skin.
