Double apron expanded factory for ring spinning machine

Consecutive double apron drafting zone on a ring spinning frame has a condenser funnel between the output double apron and the delivery rollers. Pref., the back rollers hold the roving as it is drawn out by the first aprons and drive roller. The second set of short aprons have the drive from the roller which increases the draft and draws the fibres apart. The condenser funnel is set on a swivel to remove the hairiness and establish a uniform strand of fibres. the delivery rollers are run at the same speed as the output roller. The delivery rollers have a bottom roller with a groove and the top roller has a middle ring to match the groove. The pressure is not as great as at the output rollers.
