The control part comprises a casing (1) and a runner (4). The casing is open at one of its axial ends (1a). A slot (6) in the bottom (7) of the casing emerges in the open axial end to allow the introduction of the runner and the insertion of the runner protuberance (5). The end of the runner opposite the casing open end carries a tongue (8) resiliently supported on the bottom. The bottom comprises a boss (9) the ends of which cooperate with the tongue end in order to define two axial positions of the runner inside the casing.
