A pharmaceutical or cosmetic composition (A) comprises an active agent combination of at least one protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitor (I) and at least one matrix metalloprotease (MMP) inhibitor (II). An Independent claim is included for the use of an active agent combination of (I) and (II) for the preparation of a composition for inhibiting the migration of Langerhans cells.
