PURPOSE: To dynamically and easily measure physical property of a material to be liquefied by vibration and presenting a state of a viscoelastic body, for example, a hard mixed or superhard mixed concrete, in a process of compaction by vibration. ;CONSTITUTION: Material liquefied by vibration such as hard mixed or superhard mixed concrete is placed in a transparent container 3 fixed on a vibration table 2 and the transparent container 3 is vibrated together with vibration table 2 to monitor a gap on the surface of the material through the transparent container 3 while a fixed prefectural load is applied to the material and time is measured as taken until the gap vanishes.
