PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the wide-range physiological state with high reliability by collecting a humor from a subject, and evaluating the physiological state correlative with the secretion quantity from the concentration of the chromogranins in the humor. ;SOLUTION: A humor as a measurement specimen is injected into a specimen loop 4, a valve 5 is switched, and the measurement specimen is sent to a reaction section 9 by a pump 8 via a carrier buffer solution 2. An antichromogranins primary antibody is fixed to the reaction section 9 in advance, and the chromogranins in the specimen is arrested. An enzyme-marked antichromogranins secondary antibody is injected into the specimen loop 4 and sent to the reaction section 9, both antibodies are reacted, the specimen not reacted and the antichromogranins secondary antibody are washed off, a valve 6 is switched, and an enzyme substrate solution 1 is sent out. The substrate reaction product by the marker enzyme arrested by the reaction section 9 is detected by a detector 10.
