PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for cleansing a polluted soil that is capable of uniformly conducting the cleansing treatment of the polluted soil with a low heating temperature and that is capable of obtaining a recyclable cleansed soil, to provide a polluted soil cleansing plant and to provide a method for cleansing a polluted soil. PSOLUTION: The equipment for cleansing the polluted soil 27 is characterized by being provided with a heating part 21 that conducts the heat treatment of the polluted soil 27 at the predetermined temperature to produce the cleansed soil and an agitation part 23 that agitates and mixes the heated soil 28 that is heat-treated by means of the heating part 21, and further characterized in that the heating part 21 and the agitation part 23 are arranged so that they are transferrable.
