PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of freeze concentration for vegetable/fruit juice stably producing a highly concentrated product while retaining original quality of the object of concentration in concentration of the object of concentration comprising vegetable/fruit juice, and to provide the concentrated product and equipment for the concentration.;SOLUTION: The equipment for freeze concentration of vegetable/fruit juice comprises a double-piped ice making machine 15, a cold source apparatus 21, a juice tank 12 and a concentrated liquid collecting tank 13, the object to be concentrated from the juice tank 12 is fed into the inner pipe 10a, 10b of the double-piped ice making machine 15 and the freezing refrigerant is fed from the cold source apparatus 21 into the outer pipe 11a, 11b of the ice making machine, and carries out freeze concentration of the object of concentration and collects the highly concentrated liquid to the concentrated liquid collecting tank 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
