PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the diameter of a cylinder bed portion and easily sew a small-diameter tubular object by providing a fully rotating main spindle and oscillation quantity adjusting mechanisms of feed dog drive rocking shafts in a sewing machine bed main body section. ;SOLUTION: A cylinder bed 2 is protruded from the bed main body section of a sewing machine perpendicularly to the fabric feeding direction, and a feed device having a main feed bar 15 and a differential feed bar is provided in the cylinder bed 2. The main feed bar 15 is connected to a main feed rocking shaft 19, the differential feed bar is connected to a differential feed rocking shaft, a front vertical rocking shaft and a rear vertical rocking shaft are coupled with the main feed bar 15 and the differential feed bar respectively at the front and rear, and both feed bars are vertically moved. The rocking shafts are connected to the front and rear vertical eccentric sections arranged on the bed main body section via the vertical rocking mechanisms, the main feed rocking shaft 19 and the differential feed rocking shaft are connected to feed eccentric sections via feed oscillation adjusting mechanisms, and the main feed quantity and differential feed quantity can be adjusted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
