PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a light weight, a small size and a low cost of a device, to eliminate the possibility that a dimension and a shape are restricted when a main rotation blade hub and a joint mechanism are designed, to avoid worsening the fuel consumption of a helicopter and to facilitate an adjustment of a damping characteristic.;SOLUTION: The lead lag damping device is provided with a vibration component detection part 1 for detecting a vibration component accompanying with a lead lag motion of a main rotor 7; a lead lag filter part for removing a noise from an output of the vibration component detection part 1; LLS 3 for producing a vibration component becoming a reverse phase of the vibration component from an output of the lead lag filter part; and addition part 9 for adding the vibration component of the reverse phase to a torque control signal of FADEC 4 and outputting it to an engine 5.
