PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly and quickly cope with emergency by reporting the occurrence of an accident to a prescribed institution for controlling an accident site even at accident occurrence time by seizing a transport state of PCB materials.;SOLUTION: This PCB materials transport emergency coping system receives information on the occurrence of emergency and an occurrence position via a communication network 2 by a PCB processing information center 1 when the emergency is caused in a transport vehicle 6 while transporting the PCB materials up to a processing facility from a storage place 15, and automatically extracts information on a self-governing community 3B and an emergency coping enterprise 4B with an emergency occurrence position as a territory B by referring to data of a storage device, and quickly and precisely copes with the emergency by requesting a countermeasure against the emergency to the self-governing community 3B and the emergency coping enterprise 4B with the emergency occurrence position as the territory via the communication network 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
